- Your signed moving contract covers what happens if you cancel, reschedule, or put down a deposit.
- If you need to change or cancel, let us know as early as you can.

When you request an estimate or book a date, you agree to give us accurate, complete information. The quote is built on what you tell us: move size, stairs and access at each end, and both addresses. Anything missing or wrong can change the price and limit what we can do.
Limits On Liability

As far as the law allows, Payne Free Moving is not responsible for incidental or consequential losses tied to your use of the site, an outage, or reliance on its general content.
