We measure the new space first so no favorite dresser jams at a senior-apartment door. Pieces leaving the family go straight to the buyer, relative, or donation pickup, all on one coordinated morning.
On move day the grandmother’s china cabinet and a recliner bound for donation get the same care: padding, shrink wrap, disassembly and rebuild where needed, cartons marked by room, runners on the floors. Senior communities and care residences usually want proof of insurance, a held parking space, and a booked elevator; we arrange it all with their staff directly. One crew works the whole day, with no new faces midstream.
