We can lock the flat rate faster on the first pass when you have a few things handy. The clearer the picture you give us of the home and how we get in and out, the sharper the number we can quote.
- How big the move is — studio, one-, two-, three-, or four-bedroom, and about how packed it is
- The date you are moving, or a ballpark window if it is still up in the air
- Both addresses — plus the floor on each end, noting elevator or stairs
- Stairs, parking, and access — the number of flights, any No-Parking permit needed, a freight elevator, or a long haul from the truck
- Anything out of the ordinary: a piano or pool table, packing help, storage between leases, that sort of thing
